Numbering head and roll cradle setup for roll marking

The drawing below shows a multi-wheel NUMBERING HEAD ready to mark a ROUND part that is held in a ROLL CRADLE.

This is a setup in a standard roll marking system to mark a ROUND part with a FLAT die. 

1. The numbering head will automatically cycle to the next number after every mark. This a great solution for high volume serial number. The cycle time is even faster than a laser marking system and less than half the cost.
2.  The roll cradle roll the part during the marking process and the flat die goes across the part. This design shown an integrated position stop to assure exact placement of the part and the mark every time.
