Q: We have Slide-A-Mark air impact marker. We have the unit installed and are currently testing it.
It is leaking air out the front end near the compression spring when extended. Do I need new seals?
A: No the seals are still good. This is a timing issue with the valve. The rod should only be extended long enough to mark the part. Once the dies hit the part, the mark is complete and tool should be retracted.
