A: For all part requests and replacement information please find the COMPLETE Slide-A-Mark part number on the rear mounting cap.
The part number will be similar to the example shown 851-OK-25-E2. There may also be a serial number example AU1234. Both of these number can be provided with any quotation requests for spare parts or installation information
