410 Ram Pressure adjustment

Follow these steps to adjust the ram pressure on your machine:
Locate the Adjustment Valve:
- The valve for adjusting ram pressure is on the right side of the machine.
Use the Quick Disconnect Gauge:
- Attach the quick disconnect gauge provided with your machine to monitor the current pressure.
Set the Machine to Manual Mode:
- Switch the machine to manual mode and advance the ram by holding the Ram Advance button.
Adjust the Pressure:
- While holding the Ram Advance button, turn the hand knob on the valve to increase the pressure.
- Adjust in increments of 50-100 psi and check your mark depth after each adjustment.
System Pressure Considerations:
- The standard system pressure is typically set to 500 psi.
- If you need to increase the pressure above this level, you must also adjust the system pressure located on the back of the machine.
- Use an Allen wrench to make system pressure adjustments.
Monitor Results:
- Check your mark depth to ensure the desired adjustment has been achieved.
