How to change roll die or roll type holder

1. Loosen Set Screw (det #11)
⚠️ CAUTION: Spring cap may be under load. Use appropriate hand protection and take care during disassembly.
2. Remove Spring Cap (det #5) and Spring (det #7)
Carefully remove both components from the Shaft (det #4).
3. Remove Shaft (det #4)
Slide the shaft out carefully from the Holder Frame (det #1).
4. Install New Roll Die
Place the new roll die into the holder carriage.
Align the key on the shaft with the keyway in the roll die.
Slide the shaft (det #4) through the center bore of the roll die and continue until it seats fully against the opposite side of the holder frame.
5. Reinstall Spring and Spring Cap
Reposition the spring (det #7) onto the shaft.
Ensure the spring is properly engaged with the Spring Dowel Anchor (det #8) and that the cap (det #5) aligns with the retaining hole.
6. Final Setup
Proceed with spring tension adjustment and mark location setup as required.
